I dunno if I'm overthinking but what if that were to happen and vincent tries to find her but ended up finding her sister since Paula describe her sister's face instead of hers.....then sister tries to take her place..

Why do I got the feeling that she will most likely runaway once she finds out he got his vision back. And to avoid him seeing her she’s gonna departure already and maybe ask the friend for help.
