He never said he paid for sexual assault. He said he got a video of him doing that. The video could have been old for all we care.
He did pay for him to be beaten up, though.

Look I totally agree that mfer deserved payback and if he were to get abused the way he abused Eunho I'd also say yeah serves him right. But for Jaewon to be the one who initiated it and paid for literal sexual assault is just really fucking low and Eunho will not be happy about it.
