yeah ver LITERALLY said he never saw cain as his father. that was one of the first things he said in season 3. and frankly even if he did he didn't care bc its fiction. we're all on the fictional bl porn site for fictional bl porn its not that deep.
I wish the author gave us a Ken x Vercike arc. Would've loved to see ken develop feelings for vercike and struggle to choose between the two. Instead all we got is ken passed out for a couple chapters while vercike remised about the past ╥﹏╥
