It was created to be passed by someone with special experience as already fighting hunter. But 2 people only pass the test. Cha Eui-jae and one other person. I think Lee Sa-Young ordered the test to be made that way because he searched for J. And when Cha Eui-jae passed it. Lee Sa-Young got more suspicious of him.
Well, this last 26 chapter of the manhwa is saying that it refers to 55-56 chapter in novel. So the result of the test is at least at the next one or two chapters. But the things I spoiled are later in the novel.
