If you feel it’s dubcon then it’s probably dubcon (in your eyes). I won’t say it’s noncon though since from how many outs the old guy gave, it isn’t coerced or forced. He is voluntarily doing this but whether or not he’s an active participant or a passive one will determine how dubious his consent was.
