I think it has to be something with him being an idol trainee since young age. Korean trainee system for idols is one of a hell, so no wonder he understand almost nothing.... Like basically his childhood is just him being an idol trainee, and i think he's the type to be more hyper focused into one thing and can't multitask?
Cause after the other friend though him, he immediately understand? He's a quick learner and i think he's the type of someone that will LOCKED IN to one thing at time.
