I don't know if this helps but this sounds like a combination of "Duchess of the Glass House" for the baby boy and undine, and "Into the Light, Once Again" for the white hair blue eyes, but also has an undine somewhere in the story, but not hers. Sorry if neither works ;-;
I only remember that the female lead is a empress and she also has a baby boy.....she also awakened as a water spirit holder named undine...as far as I remember......please help me find this one....the female lead has white hair....and blue eyes
