It’s because it’s attached to the person he loves but that’s the only reason it works. Also, the dream thing is most likely Masaki himself because he keeps praying basically for this to happen so it’s OK I’ll give you what you want. I’m tired of this, so it makes a lot of sense. The most of that stuff will happen because he actually wished for it Though you always get something back that it’s not described like you know we don’t get exactly what you want back.
