Assault

I think that the sister is his conscious. He sees the fl as a girl that’s being forced into these activities with him because she is “pure” and wants to help him. I think due to his sisters assault he associates smex with something filthy so he can’t understand why she’d take enjoyment from it (as in it’s all very consensual). We know that she’s more than okay with what’s happening but he’s starting to feel very guilty because he’s becoming aware of the fact that he could in fact find a way around it? As in he’s strong enough to fight it (I think) and instead used it as an excuse to do “filthy” things with the fl. but that’s just my take from it. I could be completely wrong but I think it makes sense. Poor sister though and I hope nothing happens in this tower with this human. I don’t think he’d take it well
