LMAO I'm in college level English and history classes, but math just isn't my strong suit unfortunately
We got taught quadratics in grade 10, so I was like 14-15 at the time, but that was 10 years ago if you're saying an 11 year old would know it that would be grade 6 or 7, maybe school is more progressive nowadays

i wouldn't say timetables is 1 thing, it's like sth the avg person can recite and the basis of maths if you ever wanna do anth beyond basic multiplication and addition in maths which is sth normally schools do, i don't think it's that weird for me to be shocked abt sm not knowing their timetables when I'm around their age and again how many people out there dk their timetables, I meant the 'catch up in school' to be playful, don't deep it so much
