We don't know currently but a lot of people have speculated since the beginning of the series that it's either someone we're never going to find out about like he's probably fkin dead or a deadbeat, or he's probably involved in the experiments in some way
So who’s the dad then, if her mother is also a victim as one of the test subject was her dad one of the experimenters or another test subject?
