If you want to read a good quality translation that makes sense then you should read the one uploaded by AkumaKira. It's normally the chapter that has a chapter title. Ex: "Ch. 160: My Qin"
These are the translations I trust because the others are normally MTL. Those are also the ones that have been uploading the whole time. I believe what happened is another user got tired of waiting for the quality translations to come out and started uploading their own instead.

I'm pretty sure it's just the mangago bot that automatically rips chapters from other sites, not another user since the chapters don't have a user's name listed with them . . .
It's why a lot of uploaders will have placeholder chapters since the bot won't upload a chapter if it thinks that chapter is already here
