Based on what the himbo said, everyone but bada were the "originals" and didn't know how bada became a character. Theyre able to become npc's if none of their cassette tapes are played.

Yeah, I got that last part. But, he didn't explicitly say they were all originals. It's still possible Doha is an NPC because Yong-Taek (is that the the guy who's Bada's best friend? I can't remember which one is his name) just mentioned they played in the beginning. He didn't say they all spawned in together at the same time, so we still don't know about the very, very beginning. And it's weird that Doha is the only one who can kill the killer. I think at least one of them has to be an NPC (and we know it's not Bada). Why else would they have mentioned that NPCs have the ability to leave the game if they help a player character and play the game? Or was that just put in there to throw the audience off? Honestly, I love this manhwa, but it’s all over the place. Also, have we ever seen Doha get killed? It seems like Bada always dies first.
I also love the theory of doha being the "main character" cs hes able to kill the killer even if it revives after an hour. I do question how the other characters aren't mentioned in having tried to kill the killer(unless im forgetting sum).

I *think* at one point Yong-Taek acts surprised that Doha was able to kill the killer... I could be misremembering though. I'll go back and reread that part eventually.
I don't think Bada is an NPC. Yong-Taek mentions that Bada "possessed" the character known as Pi Bada, implying that he's a player playing as a particular character. So I wonder if this is what Bada actually looks like, or if it's just an avatar.

No idea. In the beginning it was mentioned that each one of them were different horror archetypes (though I can't remember if it was actually in the story or just in an author's note). So if that's true they could all be NPCs, or they could all be avatars, or it could be a mix of both. It could honestly go either way at this point.
Lol well, there's no need to stress about it, but I do get wanting to know and wanting to know about it NOW. It sucks waiting week to week. I always wait 3 or 4 weeks so I can read a few of them at once. Anyways, if you're at that point where it's really nagging at you, I find it's really helpful to read something else. Wait, so is Doha an NPC or not? Also, since they mentioned being trapped I'm wondering if this is a regular video game or something more sinister. Could this be a Roy situation where they're dealing with super advanced tech, so when they finish the game only a few minutes will have passed? Or is it a Jumanji situation where they were brought into the game against their will?
