So apparently redfoxmushroom on Twitter is doing the art
That person is Kinoko, and they're doing the storyboards. Lee Geumsan is definitely doing the art. If you look at the credits page, the roles are attributed as such. She does have coloring assistants, however.

I'm pretty sure LEE Geumsan is just doing the coloring I look back at sadistic beauty and the art style look different
