Bada possibly being a NPC might explain why he can`t kill the killers and why Doha can.

I don't think any of the other characters can kill the killer though. It seems like only Doha can.

Then it could be reverse, Doha is the actual NPC and that`s why he can kill them. Dude this manga has me going through every scenario and all the feels.

That's my theory also. I think Doha is the only actual NPC.
