At first, I really really liked it. I felt like she really was trying to change herself and I really liked the comedic aspect of her stanning, bc like twin!! But I dislike both the male leads. They only like her for a sense of their own personal gain. For example, blonde ml, he only likes her for the fact she loves him unconditionally and she will continue to do so even though he treats she horribly. (in the past she was giving “he knows where home is”) Then, you have the black haired ML. he’s okay. IMO he only likes her for her power. no matter how much affections he’s giving to her, his underlying reason for liking her is for her power. yes he’s power obsessed because of his past of feeling worthless, but come on… They both don’t truly like her for her, they like what she can do for them, and what she gives to him. (black hair ML isn’t as bad as the blonde ML though I’ll acknowledge that) THEN you have the MC (white hair girl), i love her at first because she was truly so like, me. But i don’t like how there was rlly no character growth. At first, she truly was changing herself, going on missions to help the sick and poor to really prove herself that she’s more then what people think of her. but it just all stops after she apparently “looses her memory” as well as “acting different because of it” I just feel like, if it was going in this route anyway, she should’ve just lost her memory in the beginning, rather then losing it now. she looses all her redemption by just acting different now I feel. Anyway, i know it’s a hot take but it’s just my thoughts. other then all this, i really like this so far and I’m going to find other manwhas with this kind of plot line. (#lovethevillianous)
Heavy on the “he knows where home is” bc I would’ve said fuck blondie a long time agobut I just don’t like how we just strayed so far away from the story like it’s so boring rn
Totally agree with you there. They seem to be dragging the “memory loss” narrative that it was hard to continue reading the story. The plot’s not moving forward at all ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
this is just my personal take on this.
