That's easy. Just scroll down until you get to see the option where you can switch the languages. Switch the language to korean and you'll automatically see a path with numbers in it. The highlighted lines are just to show you which line you are. And be patient and log in everyday to the korean site so that you get free coins. You'll see in which day you'll get them.
And don't forget to download the lezhin app. It's even for free to download. After the download, you'll get 10 coins for free as a gift! :)

You can get free coins by logging into the Korean site once daily. They give up to 4 coins a month is you log in everyday. Switch over to the Korean by changing your language settings at the bottom of the page or by simply going to lezhin.com/ko . In addition to free coinc, Lezhin also awards free points, around 1000 a month, for logging into the Korean site daily. You must log into the Korean site for it to work. There will be a small stamp that that appears when you first log in and by clicking on it you'll see how many days you've logged and when you'll receive the next reward.

The points I mentioned earlier can be redeemed to receive discounts on coin bundles. Aside from purchasing chapters there are multiple webtoons Lezhin has for free.
