Everyone was a player except for Pi Bada. We don't know how Pi Bada came about. But yeah, they were all players. Eventually some of them gave up and took their cassette tapes out and became regular NPCs.

OMG !!! So... they were all players in the beginning and then became npcs??? (⊙…⊙ ) or were once an npc begore getting possesed by some player. Also, this is so sad :(((
