Bro, I hear you. I SEE you, too. And I’m not denying the clear similarities but let’s give it a try! I mean, tropes continue all the time and we still gotta see the heavy grit of why he is, who he is! He’s similar to Alex, for sure, but there’s a layer of complicated we’re not fully understanding yet.
I just find it a lil weird to hear SOOOO many complaints about how it’s exactly the SAME, when I think there’s some pretty key differences. Kim Dan is NOT going to roll over anymore and I’m hoping he really makes this man work for it. Right now, he feels his life isn’t worth it and that’s a much darker and heavier point. I think we’re forgetting how much he’s been through so it makes sense his value on his own existence (along with his attempted Suicide and the attempted SA from that rando in the beginning) and allow this to flow it’s course.
I won’t disagree on the similarities and I just ask we try to be a lil more positive and try to enjoy the read! It’s free and I love all the stuff you guys post, I’m always happy to know others share opinions, I just think we should ease up and try to enjoy it as the ride continues on as we did with BJ ALEX! Which I remember sooooo much being an absolute ride. Anyways, I say this with love, please don’t kick my behind for it. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
