thats common hairstyle in kpop industry whether you want to interpret it as appreciation or appropiation its up to you but sometimes its not that deep bcs they just see it as 'hiphop' hairstyle.
everytime i see his hair my eye twitches. why did they give him locs (which is cultural appropriation btw)? and am i supposed to think it’s just a coincidence that he happened to have that hairstyle while he’s at the lowest point in his life? terrible correlation honestly
