Yeah, people might have been expecting that the beginning of S2 was Jaekyung's redemption but certain things has to happen before he gets there. Glad he doesnt just change all of a sudden. Hopefully author makes it a realistic change

yes, I agree, it would be weird if we suddenly met another version of him, but I'm kind of disheartened that so far, he has shown close to none remorse. his human decency and feelings for kim dan are somewhere in there, but he has made no progress to realize it...

well, I hope that at the very least, jaekyung will make it good for poor kim dan. not that it will change anything; he's a shell of a man now, his soul has left his body. but maybe if jaekyung starts to care for him, we will slowly start moving into the right direction, which is: an introduction to jaekyung's redemption arc. because so far, the dude has done nothing to prove he's worth more than a grain of dust.
