what kind of scars? like keloid scars? if that's the case I don't have a recommendation but the most effective is to just use any moisturizing lotion, it's not an immediate fix (as scars are technically permanent ) but it will help scars fade so much until you can't see them. I used Jergens brand (any kind) and I have used Kobayashi Atnon cream as well.

not keloid scars, just any scars that you'd get from scratching your skin too much
i remember those things smelled so bad and how my grandparents encouraged me to used them and i never did. Maybe I'll give it a try?
