That’s some EFFECTIVE character development tbh. You kinda get the sense that Jaekyung isn’t an asshole on purpose. He just has an image that he puts on in front of anyone who might be a threat (seeing how insecure he is, it’s everyone) but he doesn’t see the elderly as a threat which means he can be himself.
