Yes! It makes me seriously doubt the maturity and emotional stability of some of the users of this site. I am not a saint either, but I do not fly into an irrational rage when a manga/manhua is dropped, nor would I threaten and bully the person who made a mistake. It's rather sad.

I don't pissed off about webtoon I just don't wanna this site shut down cuz there's plenty of my fav manga and this place hav many sweet people

Those underage kids shouldn't even be reading mature content in the first place.

Underage to have a credit card, also means underage to read adult material ... see the correlation? Plus, if you are old enough, you can get prepaid credit cards many places. (kind of like a gift card that you load up)

You asked a question, I answered. Why people don't buy? I said because some don't have credit card. Personally I don't follow webtoons and dislike them. Mangas that are licensed I buy them ( a working adult)
That was answering the question with the main reason, not defending.
Also might be a reason the currency, 45 cents may mean nothing to you but in other countries 1 dollar can be too much.

Reasons people don't buy webtoons :
1- Underage
2-Currency gap, for someone 40 dollars can be what they make in an entire week.
3- They are following like 15 webtoons they can't buy all of that like 500 dollars, i know even for students this is too much

i mean i wasnt asking the question. i understand that you weren't defending but possibly seeing another reason as to why people are so adamant on webtoons being uploaded on illegal websites like this. what im saying is that i dont think people should be too upset about this because there are plenty of other manga to be reading and its literally just webtoons so it's not that deep. no one is forcing people to be paying for reading comics on lezhin.

The least I care is for the weebtoon, if this site is taken down where the hell are we gonna find those mangas that never gets translate. I'm not defending illegality but let's be realistic, just those licenced ones gets published in other countries while the rest just get lost and they're gems. T.T

Actually my first time i commented I didn't know there was a hassle about a girl who told the author about this place, so I just wrote the comment carelessly. Didn't know there is a background for this post. Anyway, I agree people should pay for the mangas if they're available in English ( eventhough dollars are expensive in my country but I do buy once they are around )

i think (although I'm not sure) that they probably would have a lesser price depending on the country. so what's worth 45 cents here would be less wherever u live, based on inflation.

i'm not hating on anyone for reading on mangago, i'm hating on those that are surprised (and mad) that those comics are being discontinued on mangago. for example, smoking weed is illegal (and i'm perfectly ok w those who do smoke) but they, nor i, would be surprised if they were made to pay for a ticket if they were caught.

also, 45 cents in america is less than half a dollar (no one in america would legally be making that little, and also, if u can't afford purchasing a chapter for 45 cents, how tf did u manage to get a computer?), so allocate ur funds, just as you would for anything else. don't make dumb excuses for stealing a LUXURY, you don't need to read comics.

TBH, i don't like nor follow webtoons. Call me old fashioned for liking only Japanese Manga lol. I've only gone Lezhin to check on a man like you, because it seemed interesting but it didn't give me a currency to pick from except USD.
