Murder weapon

That knife in the flower vase was one of the murder weapons for serial killings, right? Because it fit the description of "two sharp edges" and "one tore the inside apart while staying as a clean cut on the outside". Makes sense why he'd hide the murder weapon there, but reckless of him. I thought he'd get rid of it. And, the full version of the letter just sounded like an explanation of hers of why she's done what she's done in this episode, not entirely pointing at "going back to Noah". Because she definitely didn't seem like it. She probably left it behind to at least be able to have "final words" to Isaac in case she got killed. That's what I think. I'm waiting for the new episode desperately now with tons of questions in my head, aching for their answers. I just hope Finn doesn't touch the knife and attack Noah and she makes things right with Isaac.
