I'll say the first couple from Love So Pure, has a toxic mc cuz he was all about sex and didn't care about the ml for his personality but only his body. The ml being pure and innocent didn't help cuz he looked pathetic being used by mc like that. Sure they had character development and stuff but it didn't feel too genuine from mc's side imo, and the ML's personality stayed pretty much the same, hence still making him vulnerable to being easily manipulated by the mc.
