1. How good is this story?
2. How likeable is the ML?
3. How likeable is the MC?
4. Who are the commanders? Royal guards of ML?
5. Could you link an image of the white haired commander? You got me curious.

1.) It is a 10Millions good out of 10. It is off the chart!!!

2&3.) The ML, the MC, both is ridiculously silly and cute. They are both so stupid in a nice way. The chemistry is off the chart.

4.) The commanders are the locals subordinate of ML. They even got silly jealous of each other when one of them got "complimented" by ML.
Oh! Except for commander of the 3rd army. He is sent by enemy to spy and sabotage ML. But ML and his subordinate know about this and set trap to kill him anyway.

5.) I have not yet gone to check the white haired commander since I don't want to spoil myself. But if you have read any shoujo manhwa that have the Cold Duke of the North with white hair, he is that type of guy.

6.) Maybe better to wait 5 more chapters before you start binge read this, because it is around then that the identities revealed to each other and getting more fun. (Although it is already fun since beginning)

I checked comment from others, the white hair commander is actually a silly guy as well.

White hair commander is not the 3rd commander (the spy).
White hair commander is "Head Commander".
A good silly guy.
He and the other 2 good commanders share 1 braincells.
Only Ashlers is with brain there...(≧∀≦)

"Complimented" because ML is actually not complimenting him.
He just realised something about what MC said, and ML said his though out loud.

Hi! I'm reading the novel so I can answer these!

1. It's good. 9/10 imo
2. I don't think the manhwa will go as dark as the novel, but the ML is complicated. Because of the way he grew up, he basically does not care about anyone besides the MC. He has a very severe lack of empathy.
3. MC is very likeable. He might seem ditzy and dumb on the outside, but he's actually very intuitive and willing to do whatever it takes to help the ML.
4. Essentially, they're the leaders of the ML's soldiers. All the commanders deeply respect and like the ML.
5. The 4th commander is hilarious. He's not the cold Duke of the north type at all.
