From what I understood, ML's affection in the past hurt MC in some way (probably because of ML's family) and MC was kinda forced into this relationship but I don't think it didn't feel anything for ML. But it still made past MC hate ML because of that. Now that this "trauma" is gone, they can rekindle their feeling slowly.
But yeah, when he will remember everything some angst will 100% happen. But it wouldn't erase everything ML is doing currently to help the vulnerable MC.
But from the many people who gave spoilers, the moment MC remembered everything was when he was pregnant.
Therefore I feel anxious and uncomfortable with what will happen later. But because I'm also curious, I'm still continuing this story hehe.
