When Veronica gives her earring or when he when he was injured when they first met?

I don't know, in the latest chapter his ear is already injured and healed but he doesn't have an earring so I wanted to know when did he first lost the earring.

When I was rereading it, I accidentally came across chapter 94, and Hiroki explained Glen lost his first earring when it got hooked on a bush and lost it.
