Of course I think you shouldn’t joke like that lol, but I’m glad he knew right after he messed up on it and immediately felt the need to comfort or give her space due to that. It means he’s receptive and respects her emotions and knows her to a degree.

I could just be overthinking it lol, but it’s a good trait to have when you know when to back off, especially when funnily enough, he stubbornly beat the shit out of some random NPC just moments ago LOL
