Sadly the feminine, weaker, gentle girl is still very prevalent in Japanese culture as a stereotype or goal to achieve. And these manga are meant to appeal to a teenage boy audience, so girls going after the MC in a clingy but non-sexual way and damsels in distress that need to be saved are still considered the norm...
I know it sucks. I too wish less manga of this type had harem in them, and less incredibly clingy girls. But your complaints fall on deaf ears since mangaka don't read comment sections like this, and even if they did they would still first and foremost try to appeal to the market in the Japanese culture.
PS: If it's any consolation, this manga seems to at least not have a harem or much of any romance in it. Since the mc is pretty much only interested in his robots.

"Dear mangakas of another world fantasies who seems to have too little exp with women and tends to fantasize about clingy and aggressive ones. Please stop making all the girls like those 'cuz it makes me wish she would just drop dead in front of the mc. It u think its cute for their character then you're way off wrong. Its just so freakin annoyng that makes me wanna erase her in evry panel of the manga. In my eyes they're flirty as hell and it looks lyk they wanna bang the mc. Please be noted that real girls evn if they get jealous of others, they r not as pathetic as u portrait them. Your girls, however, may have noble or respectable status but in reality, they're just a big pain n the *ss, a hell of a damsel in dstress. In short, they spoil the story and a big mess in the plot. Not many people favor prince charming saving clumsy and stupid little princess nowadays. With all that said, I hope you get my message.
