What’s the formality level of -ssi? Is it also gender specific??
If I'm not wrong, it just calling someone Mr. and Mrs(?) or Miss. I think they would use it to someone approximately same to their social levels.
If I recall, it has more or less the same equivalence to Japan's -san. I think -nim is the more formal suffix, used for older or more experienced people.
