I think it's the monster mugo that eats... so he tries his best not to let the 3rd one out.
i think monster mugo eats them but i think deep down, jerk mugo doesn’t like the idea of having to eat sacrifices
this is also what I got from the last chapter. My hypothesis is that jerk mugo really owns the body and it sort of split into the other two as well. Hence there's this feeling that he's the boss of the other two the way he interacts with them.
I think jerk mugo is the one who eats (?) the sacrifices and since he already promised jaheon that he can stay there, it's not that he can't ACTUALLY eat, but he won't since at the moment, jaheon is still the sacrifice
