It kinda reminds me of this Mystrade abo fanfic I read LOOOOOOONG back, like 2007-08-ish (bbc sherlock). The Omega has a rape-baby that is adopted by the Alpha. And then he forgets which one is it.
Like, in context of this story, it's like Hazuki getting confused whether Minato or Aoi is not his bio-child, because of course, Shizuku is his. Or was it some other kid before Shizuku that he forgot, and getting even more confused, because where's that kid. And he has to be reminded that Shizuku is not his actual bio-kid, but the one he adopted.
The main reason I even started this story was because it reminded me of that fic lmao.
