I think uke is so understanding cause he’s lowkey crazy asf too. and as for caeser he just doesn’t know better as uke said he was never taught how to love someone so he doesn’t really understand the difference.
I think Caesar was having sex with him like that out of possession/possessiveness and also punishment. Like, he was upset Leewon had tried to leave him and also gave his heart to others, and still hadn’t let it go even after cutting himself and Leewon staying (and I think the situation with Vlad got him even more worked up about it all) so he drugged him and was fucking him hard/without mercy to punish Leewon and make a point. And also because he was desperate and angry.
The reason Leewon is so fine with it, is for a few reasons. 1. I think he does love Caesar. 2. He’s crazy too lmao 3. He’s already used to the crazy side of Caesar and 4. He understands that Caesar wasn’t taught how to love properly and grew up in an unhealthy environment.
