It was not specified in the later chapters :< After their kiss, the panel switched to Bitan waking up Hyeonshin. Hyeonshin was sleeping with the Girl in his arms. He was enraged when she saw the Girl in his arms tho

Nothing happened between them in reality. She laid down beside Hyeonshin, entered his dream & started seducing him but he soon found out she wasn't the real Ina and so started dealing with her immediately
We're 4 chapters left until the end of the main story and I don't think this will have a side story based on the ending, but if it does have side stories, it might focus on Yura and Organ's life as a married couple. (Yes, they got married and even had a girl who looks exactly like Yura:> OR it would focus on Yoohyeon and Sumi (the kid who had a crush on him) who is now a college student and classmate of Yoohyeon.
I hope if there really is a side story, it would focus more on Yoohyeon and the Girl coz her memories of him got erased by Yoohyeon when she was a kid and now that they saw each other again, it might be a good start for another love to bloom hihi
