She didnt get a good affection after returning from Ashran. She has served her kara from the butlers and maids cold treatment. And Ashran didnt correct his people like where was the tyrant and cold duke..looks like he became lame after getting cured. After reuniting and getting lots of loving time this kind of chapter felt like they lost ideas sorry ..im hating ashran... maybe the Doha is capable than the duke

People hating doha just because he wanted to be loved is so unfair. The only difference between him and the ML is that Doha's not the ML. The duke has just become too pathetic, like grow a backbone or something.

Nope the only difference is Doha manipulated the girl by telling her ml didn't love her and were going to kill her...so Ml didn't

You're being deliberately obtuse. Doha quite literally manipulated MC and gave her psychological trauma. The ML was hurt and thought he was abandoned, meanwhile doha's "wanting to be loved" is gaslighting MC. If that's what u call love, then i hope you reserve a therapist

The man had too much childhood trauma to understand the sensitivity of his actions. I'm not looking at him as an adult, I see him from his foundation when he was young and abandoned. I understand that he did wrong but he's also very misunderstood. I empathize with him. Hopefully he'll find someone who leads him to the right path.

Just bc you got hurt, it doesnt give you the right to hurt others too. That's continuing a cycle of abuse.

Too often this is a narrative people use to excuse abusers and idk why yall feel ok with running with that.

Maybe because everyone thinks that a person can be redeemable. People do and can change.

It's doesn't but every person has their good and bad moments. An abuser will always be an abuser but a moment of weakness should not be a basis on which a whole personality is formed.

    Not the abuser apologist

Yeah. But this isnt the case right now. What you're doing is completely excusing his abusive behavior, and barely even fcking acknowledging that he did smth wrong. Again, abuser apologist. Gross.

OMG are we even talking about a fictional character here, why are you getting so defensive? Girl let's chill

I don't know what abuser you came across or the grudge you're holding. Hopefully you heal from it.

That's a wild thing to say especially after trying to absolve someone like doha and refusing to admit that he did harm lari. I dont need to heal from anything and you dont need to have an abuser to realize how harmful doha is and how harmful you are for using language that practically vindicate abusers. It's disgusting. You're gross and you should learn more empathy instead of just automatically trying to wash the hands of someone as gross as doha. It's one thing when liking him as a character while acknowledging he did wrong. It's another to try to basically say he can just do what he did to lari bc "uwu he has childhood trauma". Shameless behavior

Defensive... Defensive... I wonder who's vindictive and gross.
