I don’t think the mature version is any different. You can start with either one, there’s only 2 chapters of actual sex at the end of season 2 someone uploaded that were included in the “mature” version from how it’s laid out.

Happy to help! You might get a little whiplash with the frequent flash backs the first few chapters. Flash backs happen throughout the series, but it’s pretty easy to tell between what happened to the characters 7 years ago vs present timeline.
