He didn’t have his memories unlocked during the beginning of the novel so he did the same thing that he did in the past, although not the exact same thing since Huimin has personally discord the og plot has changed. it’s only later we see Iheon regain his memories and tried to make effort. Huimin said he didn’t like pain so Iheon became less aggressive, Iheons styled his hair down, Iheon started spending more time with Huimin making plans together basically he became more considerate towards Huimins feelings.
