Considering this is based in the Korean justice system, it feels realistic since they rarely take sexual assault cases seriously (specially between men)

"He's dangerous" when someone has already drugged you and then assaulted you on TWO separate occasions is enough tbh
The SK's system is a joke fr. They do this all the freaking time. In their stupid lil heads, the first one who gives the statement, even if they have a record or whatever is the one telling the truth. They never believe victims, especially victims of SA. They ask questions like they asked Wookyung, "Why didn't you fight them?" to real victims. I have heard lots of sad stories about abuse IRL that haven't been given justice and stuff because of the stupid police and justice system.
An example of this was GDragon's case. He was named by the so called Madam of the adult entertainment bar that he was a customer there and he took drugs. Even though he didn't. In the end the results were negative. The point is the stupid police believed the criminal. I could go on and on and on

Saying someone is dangerous could mean a billion things from they once commited a minnor misdemeanor to they could 'Junko Furuta' you.
Also why the f are the investigators antagonising him? Like why would you assume a potential victim is a perpetrator? Next time I kidnap someone might as well just blame the victim to reduce my charges I guess since they buy it at face value.
