It's the combination of Josh and Spence, they are the reason for the cross dressing.
They didn't adapt all "Kiss me liar" side stories to manhwa so far.
There is one where Spence visits the Miller children for the first time. Josh dresses Cecil in cute clothes which he didn't like and Spence thinks he's a girl.... .
Pete is older, even Spence is older than Cecil, who knows if Cecil changes to the better in the future.
Hope he does but by the authors way of writing he'd probably get worse then get better. But I still hope he doesn't end up being with Spencer.
I would like to see Pete and Spencer. Although for now I want to see more side stories of them as kids being friends.

From the these chapters you can see chase clearly doesn't like being touched. So backstory and lore here we gooooooo. I am loving josh.
Also genuine question is Grayson the one who assaulted the MC from the main story and traumatized them. If so I he's the one ill be hating on in this story not even ml.
