He’s been drugged, it’s not easy to communicate. I have the same frustration as you but with the FL. It’s so easy to figure out what is going on with him, you gotta be incredibly dense to not know.

can't he just communicate fuck is wrong with him, it's not so hard to say 'Ive been drugged call the doctor yada yada' BUT NO! lawd have mercy my patience is growing thin with this one, I'm only staying for the child
