Ohh that's sad, rest in peace Author-nim. I was just scrolling through my list when i saw this and thought wait a minute i didn't finish this back then, then saw it was never updated.
The author of the manga is alive. The one who passed away is the author of the novel.(may she rest in peace) The novel is already completed so we'll still get the rest of the manga.

Yes it's translated. I read it like a year ago on a random site but I don't remember where anymore. The name of the author is "saki aida". Maybe u can search up the novel and the author tg and you'll find where to read. That's what I did too
I finished this in one sitting and this is so good. The plot is interesting and the characters really draw you in, I read in the comments that the author passed away, may they rest in peace. I hope that one day this will be continued but thank you aida saki for this story
