Actually when those chapters dropped and the series was still new with less than 30 chapters many people expressed their distaste for the rape in the comsec. NOBODY LET IT SLIDE. But as the chapters and story progress, ofcourse theyre gonna talk abt the more recent developments. Its not forgotten or allowed to slide. Its just not the focus of the discussion.
As someone who read it from the start and is still reading it until now, i dont condone the rape part but i keep reading bc im curious abt the story. Its a sad and upsetting fact but almost all BL contains rape. You just have to suspend your belief when reading the story.
rereading after a while, man I still don't get how people just let the fact that the mc was continuously r@ped and taken advantage of slide, I get that he signed a contract and all but wtf
