He is a raksasha. He's on the naraka army on the last panel i think ch 39 pg 160, he's that general. Do you remember the episode where Ildu, Seonwoo Eden's father, told Maru about his father? There it is shown that they are fighting Raksasha who are like Japanese or Korean war generals from ancient times.
Man double plot twist. The director was like possessed and Han Maru’s dad possibly an rashaka?(though I don’t think so tbh)
