I don't thunk they have done anything to make people hate them they just feel complex emotions.
You know that people can call out his behaviour (rightfully so) and still like the story, right?? His past trauma is a reason, not an excuse, nothing wrong with calling a bad character...bad.
This is so sad. People only read the isekai ones or redos.. this is a hidden gem that is staying hidden for some reason. But then again if the mainstream found this they would be hating on the ML so much lol. So i guess it's a good thing we get to enjoy this without a toxic community
