that chapter (461), where mo had all of he tian's belongings taped and he discovers it, is shortly after he tian returns after his sudden disappearance. this one i assume is even farther in the future. mo's place looks different, slightly bigger than the room he was renting before; in this chapter it looks like he has more of an apartment.
it's after the timeskip, so he tian and jian yi disappeared for a while (i think it's all of highschool, plus like a couple more years?) so mo guan shan didn't want to see he tian's face bc he missed him so much.
No the new year special is more likely to be after the Christmas special. The bed is still his old bed. If you go back to the Christmas special in 2021 (I believe), the apartment looks very similar to the apartment in the newest chapter. Plus. Mo Guanshan still asks "Am I dreaming?" meaning that it hasn't fully sunk in to him that He Tian is back yet.
i think that's what i said, maybe the way i phrased it was confusing, but yeah, this after the christmas special. if i remember correctly, even then mo asked if he tian is real, because he was drunk then too. when u think about it, in the lastest chapters he tian bought mo a new and way bigger mattress than in this chapter; why would mo have a another mattress unless he moved. i think he tian has been with him mo more often now.
