Yes, "Run away if you can"
This is a mixture of my own specultion since I read the novel "kiss me if you can" and something I read some time ago in Korean with a translator.
Nathaniel Miller is a lawyer (like Grayson, but we know who Grayson will be paired with) who never loses. And in the novel there was mentioned an extremely handsome prosecutor. They speculated what secondary gender he has. You can see him in chapter 2, the way he was presented there makes one thing clear: that guy will be someones pair. And my guess is he will be Nathaniel' pair, because those two are bound to run into each other at some point. Only other options would be Bliss Miller or one of Keith's sibling/half siblings, but IMO most likely he will be Nathaniel's.
What I read in a Korean blog was, that the name of Nathaniel Millers pair is Chrissy Jean (if the translator didn't mess that one up. XD), a beta. But not fruther informations in that.
A beta would actually fit, since the extreme alphas can turn betas to omegas like Yeonwo. Since Chase got am omega and Grayson will get an extrem omega, a beta that can be turned seems likely.

I think Chrissy Jean is male.XD The prosecutor is male. The author only writes BL novels afaik. The Millers have two daughters ,but the author only writes stories for the males
