They probably gonna challenge him too tho. Remember what they said before going into training? They're friends bit also rivals. I actually think the point of the arc is to eventually bring them back as the last set of challengers prior to the next arc's new big bad guy.

waitttt i did not think of that, jiwoo is like some drive for them to become stronger ofcourse they should've progressed too. id love to see this happen
