I would agree but in this case, it’s not just a matter of “she’s changed”. She’s quite literally a different person now. Even though they don’t know it, if someone behaves completely differently than what you used to know them as, it’s a bit more understandable imo.
Also pretty sure that it’s confirmed that the creepy letter to the prince was sent by the maid that worked with the empress’s brother.
i really don't like the whole "she's so different now so i love her" thing,, like dude, she was harassing you with love letters even tho u didn't like her but she was so graceful u fell in love when she kissed ur hand at the ceremony? Oh and the priest did not care about her and thought she was dumb but she "changed" so now he's obsessed with her every move. ofc she doesn't like any of them, and ofc they're ALL going to love her, ofc there's gonna be a toxic guy romanticized, ofc they're all red flags, and of courseeeeee she has divine powers thanks to some random god so now she isn't a "fake" saint anymore. not my cup of tea, i really like clichee plots and stories but this one just doesn't sit right with me.
